Now kick start your DAY with this APPLE-SUPER SHAKE. You must have heard "An Apple a day keeps doctor away" however this shake contains more than an Apple. A very nutritious shake, rich in protein, fiber,  calcium and Omega-3.    Read the content till last because i am sharing health benefits of ingredient used in this recipe.

INGREDIENTS  YOU  NEED


  • Apple 1
  • Milk 1 1/2 cup
  • Chia Seeds  2 teaspoons


How to make Apple Super Shake (Method)


STEP 1 : Peel off an Apple and cut it into small pieces






STEP 2 : Take apple pieces in a grinding jar and add 2 teaspoon of chia seeds


STEP 3 : Grind apple and chia seeds together.

STEP  4 : Now pour milk into jar and grind it again.  (If you want you can add sugar according to your taste)


STEP 5 : Pour Super shake into a glass. You will find smooth texture of shake.


STEP 6: Sprinkle some chia seed on super shake and Apple Super shake is ready.
