Chocolate Frankie | Choco - Cream Frankie

Frankie is roll normally stuffed with veggies however this time you are going to make chocolate frankie. How surprising, isn't it? This Chocalate frankie is stuffed with cream,nuts and chocolate. It is an amazingly delicious recipe. I am sure its single bite will make you lost in its taste.

I make this recipe for my siblings whenever i go home and they really love to eat Chocalate frankie. In return they write a letter describing me in that.

I have clearly mentioned every steps with photos so that you can easily refer those to make this tasty recipe.

COOKING TIME : 20 minutes


ALL YOU NEED (INGREDIENTS)

(For Dough)

  • All purpose flour (Maida) 1/2 cup
  • Weate flour (Aata) 1/4 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar powder 1 cup
  • Baking Powder 1/4 tbsp
  • Butter 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate powder 1/4 cup

(For Stuffing)

  • Cream wipped 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Chocolate grated 1/4 cup
  • Almond 10
  • Cashew 10
  • Raisin 12-15
  • Pistachios 8-10 
  • Condensed milk 1 tbsp

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE FRANKIE (METHOD)

(Method to prepare choco sheets)

Step 1: In a big bowl take Sugar powder and choco powder and mix them well.



Step 2: Pour all purpose flour (maida) with baking powder and weate flour in choco sugar powder bowl and mix them properly.




Step 3: Melt butter in a bowl and add it into flour and choco powder mixture. Mix them well.


Step 4:  Now pour Milk into to make proper dough.


Step 5: Keep dough for 10 minutes so that it can set properly.


Step 6: Take a small ball of dough, dust it with choco powder and roll out the ball to make a roll sheet.



Step 7: Take a pan on low flame and grease it with some butter.

Step 8: Once the pan becomes hot enough, place roll sheet on it. 



Step 9: Flip the sheet after 30 seconds and grease it uniformly with butter. Cook other side of sheet for 30 seconds.


Step 10: Make roll sheets with the remaining dough balls and let it rest for 10 minutes so that sheets can cool down gradually.


(How to do Stuffing)

Step 1: Take a choco sheet, spread wipped cream on the surface of sheet.


Step 2: spread some chopped dry fruits, grated Chocolate and 1 teaspoon of condensed milk  on choco sheet. Sprinkle a pinch of sugar and cinnamon powder.




Step 3: Roll both the side of choco sheet and wrap the frankie in alluminium foil.


Step 4: Garnish it with grated choChocol. You can searve chocotate frankie  with Nutella sauce.
