This breakfast is full of essential nutrition which is required on daily basis. This recipe contains goodness of eggs and veggies. A perfect breakfast for your children as well.

All you need (Ingredients)

  • Eggs 2
  • Chapati 2
  • Capsicum chopped 1/2
  • Onion chopped 1/2
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Coriander finely chopped 
  • Curry leaves 5-6 leaves
  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Paper powder 1/4 tea spoon
  • Salt (According to your taste)
  • Butter or Ghee 2 teaspoon
  • Read chilly Powder (According to your taste)

How To Make Omelet Chapati Sandwitch (Method)

Step1: Take a bowl, beat two eggs and add salt  and 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder and chilly powder. Beat eggs atleast for 3-4 minutes to make omelet floppy.

Step 2:  Take a pan add 1 teaspoon of butter or ghee once the pan becomes hot, Keep the flame on low

Step 3:  Add curry leaves into that pan and wait for 10 seconds.

Step 4:  Now pour the beaten egg mixture into pan and spread it well. Spread chopped tomato, onion and capsicum onto egg mixture. Let the base of omelet become light brown, Keep the flame medium and don't flip the omelet

Step 5:  Take a chapati lay out it on omelet wait for 30 seconds now flip the omelet

Step 6:  Wait for another 30 seconds let the other side of  omelet chapati  be cooked

Step 7:  Sprinkle Black paper, Salt, Cumin powder , red chilly powder and coriander leaves on omelet chapati. You can spread some tomato sauce on it.

Step 8:  Lay out one chapati on other side flip the omelet cook it for 20 seconds. Turn the flame off.

Step 9:  Make one horizontal and one vertical cut on omelet chapati sandwich, sprinkle some cumin powder and salt,

Step 10:  Decorate it with coriander leaves and mayonnaise and serve it.
