Hello everyone this is my very first blog post so have stated my blog with a sweet desert Pineapple Halwa. I am sure you all are going to like this recipe and will try it yourself. We all usually make Besan Halwa, Aate ka Halwa or Rava (Suji) Halwa now lets try Pineapple Halwa (अनानास का हलवा).Preparation time-10 minutes
Cooking Time- 35 minutes
Serving- 4 person
Ingredients
- Pineapple 1 (peeled and grinned)
- Desi ghee 1 cup
- Almond (बादाम) 8-10
- Cashew (काजू) 8-10
- Anjeer (2-3)
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 1 1/2
- Cardamon powder (इलायची पाउडर )1/4 tea spoon
How to make Pineapple Halwa (Method)
Step 1: Peel off a pineapple and grind it in a mixture
Step 2: Take a pan add 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar, mix them well on a medium flame for 5 minutes and keep aside.
Step 3 : Take another Pan pour 1 cup of desi ghee into it keep the flame low
Step 4: Add cashew and almond into pan and stir for 2 minutes
Step 5: Now take out cashew and almond into a small plate or bowl
Step 6: Into that same pan add the pineapple paste, Keep the flame medium.
Step 7: Stir pineapple paste on every 20 seconds for 20 minutes, you will find the pineapple paste color changing into golden.
Step 8 : Now pour the sugar and milk solution into pineapple paste pan, add cardamon powder and keep mixing them well for 15 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 8: Add cashew and almond pieces in halwa. You can also add small pieces of anjeer, it will add a flavor in halwa.
Step 9: Now Halwa is ready, Decorate it with dry fruits of your choice (i have used Anjeer and cashew)
Step 10: Serve it hot or you can cool it for 10 minutes.
